Since we work with a natural product, we reserve the right to substitute flowers and foliage due to availability or quality concerns. We will ensure that the style of the arrangement stays in line with the proposed design and the substitutions will be of the same or higher value.
All cancellations must be made in writing. In the event of a cancellation, Hayford & Rhodes have the right to retain / charge the 30% deposit amount in order to compensate for loss of profits and time incurred. Should the event be cancelled within 28 days of the event, Hayford & Rhodes have the right to retain / charge 60% of the total amount or 100% if the event is cancelled within 14 days.
Delivery, Installation & Collection
Delivery and collection is charged on a bespoke basis and quoted for in your proposal.
If the venue is not ready for floral installation or take down/collection at the time agreed with you, we will charge for waiting time at a rate of £35.00 plus VAT per hour per delivery person.
Loss or Damages
Clients are required to verbally sign off each event following installation to confirm they are happy with the displays.
All vases, containers and props supplied by Hayford & Rhodes London Ltd remain the property of Hayford & Rhodes London Ltd. You shall be liable for all damages to Hayford & Rhodes property occasioned by you or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the above event after completing the sign off documentation.
Hayford & Rhodes shall notify you within 48 hours of any observed damage incurred by you or guests on your premise to Hayford & Rhodes property. We will then notify you within 10 days after the event with the cost of repair or replacement payable by you after the event.
